Refund policy

At Aviral Enterprises, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help with a hassle-free exchange process.

Eligibility for Exchange:

1. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact
2. Requests for exchange must be initiated within 7days of receiving the product.
3. Only size exchanges are allowed. Exchange for a different product may be subject to availability.

   How to Request an Exchange:

   1.  WhatsApp us at 9310278492 with your order number and reason for exchange.
   2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with details for returning the product.

      Exchange Process:

      1. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for eligibility.
      2. Upon approval, we will ship the replacement item.
      3. If the replacement item is unavailable, we may  offer a refund.

      4. Important Notes:

         •  The return courier in case of exchange is the customers responsibility. We do not arrange any pick up facility. However, we only arrange a pick up at the customers request if it's location friendly, the cost of which is bared by the customer.
         • Items purchased on sale or clearance may not be eligible for exchange. Please check the product details before purchasing.
